Terms and conditions
These terms govern every purchase made on uk.sharkforhome.com. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accept them. We recommend keeping a copy.
1. Seller

2. Scope and requirements
Sales are addressed to consumers aged 18 or over. To order you must provide accurate details and a valid delivery address. We may refuse orders in case of fraud, abuse or lack of stock.
3. Products and information
We do our best to describe products accurately; images are illustrative and colours may vary by screen. If a product sells out after your order, we will let you know and refund you in full.
4. Prices, taxes and currency
- Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are shown before you confirm the order.
- If the store displays prices in other currencies, the conversion is indicative and based on the daily exchange rate. The charge may be made in the store's base currency; your bank may apply its own rate or fees.
- In case of an obvious pricing error we may cancel the order and refund it in full.
5. Ordering
Add products to the cart, enter your contact and shipping details, choose a shipping method and pay. You will receive a confirmation email with the order details; the contract is concluded when you receive it.
6. Payment
Payment is taken when you order, through secure payment gateways (card and other methods offered at checkout). We never store your full card number. Declined or suspicious payments will not be processed.
7. Shipping and delivery
Shipping zones, times and costs are described in the Shipping policy. Times are estimates counted from payment confirmation. If your order is significantly delayed we will inform you and you may cancel it for a full refund.
8. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you have 14 calendar days from delivery to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason. To do so, write to cargar97@outlook.es with your order number. We will refund all payments received, including standard shipping, within 14 days of learning of your decision, and may withhold the refund until we receive the goods. Return shipping is at your expense unless the product is faulty or not what you ordered. Withdrawal does not apply to personalised products, sealed goods opened for hygiene or health reasons, or goods liable to deteriorate quickly. See the Returns policy for details.
9. Legal warranty
Products come with the legal conformity warranty provided by applicable consumer law (at least 2 years in the EU). If a product arrives faulty or not as described, contact us for repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract, as applicable.
10. Customer service and complaints
Write to cargar97@outlook.es with any question or complaint; we answer within 5 working days. EU consumers may also use the alternative dispute resolution bodies available in their country.
11. Liability
We are not liable for damages caused by misuse of the products, force majeure or incorrect information provided by the customer. Nothing in these terms limits the rights granted to consumers by law.
12. Intellectual property
Texts, images, logos and other content of the store belong to SHARK or its licensors and may not be reproduced or used without permission.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the law of the seller's country. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of United Kingdom, without prejudice to the consumer's right to bring proceedings in their place of residence.
14. Changes
We may amend these terms at any time. Changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
